Dr. Matthew Walters completed his degree in Chiropractic from the University of Johannesburg in 2008 and has been in private practice since 2009. He has a passion for continuous learning and has further training in the ABC Method, Paediatric Care, Torque Release Technique and Neurological Chiropractic Techniques .

He is registered with the Chiropractic Association of South Africa and with the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa.
Dr. Walters has worked for The Sunshine Tour (Professional Golf Tour), provided care in cooperate environments, gives talks and lectures to the public and other health professionals and provides pro bono care to individuals within certain care homes.
Dr. Walters completed a research dissertation on the effects of Chiropractic care on reflex reaction times. This research proved that Chiropractice adjustments can improve concentration and response times while performing tasks.
Dr. Walters remains active in sport and currently plays golf off of a +1 handicap and participates in Ruimsig Golf Club's scratch league team.
He is an avid sketch artist and his interest in the anatomical form and patient education have resulted in the sketches used herein and in the practice.
Modumedi Kekana is our receptionist at Walters Chiropractic. She has been with the practice for five years and is an invaluable member of the team. She previously worked for Dr Yusuf Dadoo as an admin clerk.
Modumedi lives in the West Rand with her three daughters. Out of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, reading books
